Terms and Conditions for Our Military Dating Community
A mutual agreement between you and Dating24Online - written in plain English, because every member of a private club deserves clarity, not fine print.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating a Dating24Online account, browsing our military dating site, or using any feature of our service, you agree to be bound by this user agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please close the browser tab and do not register - we would rather you walk away than join a community whose rules you do not embrace.
This document forms a legally binding contract between you ("the Member") and Dating24Online ("the Club", "we", "us"). It governs everything you do on our platform, from your first profile photograph to the moment you find your match and joyfully delete your account.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register, browse, or message on Dating24Online. There are no exceptions, regardless of jurisdiction.
By joining, you confirm that you are a legal adult in your country of residence, that all information you provide is truthful, and that you are not impersonating another person - civilian or military. False claims of military service are grounds for immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement.
3. Member Conduct and Community Standards
Our community is held together by respect. Every member agrees to the following standards of behavior:
- Treat every other member with courtesy, regardless of branch, rank, age, or background.
- Use truthful information in your profile, including age, location, military status, and relationship intentions.
- Use clear, recent photographs of yourself - not models, celebrities, or images borrowed from social media.
- Respect the word "no" the first time it is spoken in any conversation.
- Honor the privacy of others by never sharing screenshots, messages, or photographs outside the platform.
- Report suspected scams or inappropriate behavior to our moderation team within 24 hours.
4. Prohibited Content and Activities
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:
- Profanity, slurs, or hateful language directed at any group or individual.
- Uploading nude, sexually explicit, or suggestive photographs of any kind.
- Harassment, stalking, or unwanted contact after a member has asked you to stop.
- Falsely claiming military service, rank, branch, or deployment status.
- Soliciting money, gift cards, wire transfers, or financial assistance from other members.
- Promoting external dating sites, escort services, or commercial offerings.
- Sharing another member's personal information without their explicit consent.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with profiles or messages.
5. Subscription, Pricing, and Auto-Renewal
Plain-English billing summary: Free membership never charges you. Premium membership is billed monthly at the rate shown on the checkout page. It renews automatically every month at the same rate until you cancel. We never raise prices on existing subscribers without 30 days' written notice. There are no hidden fees, no setup costs, and no one-time charges.
5.1 Free Membership
Free members may create a complete profile, browse verified singles, respond to messages, send winks, likes, and meets, and add other members to their favorites list. No credit card or payment information is required at any point during free registration. Free membership is permanent, not a trial.
5.2 Premium Membership
Premium members may initiate email conversations with any other member, view the Who's Viewed Me list, use instant messaging, and access advanced military status filters. Premium membership is offered as a monthly subscription billed in United States dollars to the payment method you provide at checkout.
5.3 Auto-Renewal
Premium membership automatically renews each month at the standard rate originally agreed at signup, until you cancel. We will send a reminder email seven days before each renewal so there are no surprises. You may cancel at any time and continue to enjoy premium features until the end of your current billing period.
6. How to Cancel Your Membership
Cancellation is intentionally simple. There are no phone calls, retention offers, or hoops to jump through.

Sign In to Your Account
Log in with the email address and password you used at registration on any page of Dating24Online.

Open My Membership
Click the My Membership link in the upper right corner of any page on the site.

Confirm Cancellation
Select Cancel Subscription and confirm. Your premium benefits remain active until the end of the current billing month.
If you have trouble cancelling for any reason - technical issues, lost password, or anything else - write to our support team via the Contact page and we will process your cancellation within one business day.
7. Refund Policy
Dating24Online does not offer refunds on premium subscriptions, except in special circumstances defined by applicable state consumer protection law. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our community - refunds, when offered freely, are routinely abused by users who join for a month, contact many members, then request their money back. If you believe your situation qualifies as a special circumstance (billing error, unauthorized charge, technical failure preventing use of the service), please write to our team through the Contact page within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case individually and fairly.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dating24Online provides a platform for introductions; we do not guarantee that you will find a match, fall in love, or marry. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dating24Online, its parent company, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to emotional distress, lost opportunities, or actions of other members met through the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content created by Dating24Online - including the site design, logo, written articles, photographs commissioned by us, software, and the bronze diamond divider that runs throughout our pages - is the intellectual property of Dating24Online and protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Content you upload remains yours. By posting a profile photograph, written description, or message on Dating24Online, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You may delete your content at any time, and we will remove it from active display within 72 hours.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this user agreement. Grounds for removal include - but are not limited to - using profane language, uploading nude photographs, harassing other members, falsely claiming military service, or behaving disrespectfully toward our community. Termination decisions are made by our human moderation team, not by algorithms. You may also request deletion of your own account at any time from your My Membership page; we will process the request immediately and erase your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms occasionally to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or community feedback. For material changes - anything affecting pricing, refund policy, data handling, or your rights as a member - we will notify all registered members by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. For minor editorial corrections, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Dating24Online after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
12. Contact and Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware or, where applicable, in the small claims court of your home state.
